Warranty Information

All Martin Home Furnishings products carry a ten year limited warranty to be free of manufacturing defects in workmanship.

All Martin Home Furnishings products carry a ten year limited warranty to be free of manufacturing defects in workmanship. Component parts not manufactured by Martin Home Furnishings such as electrical light fixtures, light bulbs, and electrical power centers are warranted by those respective manufacturers. Cost of transportation to our factory will be the responsibility of the customer. After the item is returned to our factory, we will repair or replace with same or similar unit, at our discretion. If defective, the product will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to the dealer at no cost. This warranty is void if Martin Home Furnishings deems said damage was caused by abuse, negligence, modification, or by accident. Please contact the company for additional information.

Limited Warranty on Chairs

Martin Home Furnishings chairs are under warranty from the date of purchase to one of the dates listed below. Defects in material and workmanship are included in this warranty and are as follows:

• 15 years on all non-moving metal parts
• 5 years on component parts including control mechanisms, casters, plastic parts, pneumatic cylinders and wood
• 2 years on chair cover material (fabric, vinyl) and foam against wear and deterioration. Because leather tends to scratch, scuff and develop blemishes naturally, it is not included in this warranty

To file a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service department. Be sure to have the chair model number, proof of purchase and a description of the problem.

If you obtain return authorization from a Customer Service Representative, Martin Home Furnishings, at our discretion, will either (a) provide a replacement part or (b) repair your chair. Cost of transportation of the chair to our factory is the responsibility of the customer. When the item is returned to our factory, we will repair the chair or if it is deemed not repairable we will replace it with the same or a similar item at no cost to the customer.

This warranty is void if Martin Home Furnishings deems said damage was caused by abuse, negligence, modification or by accident.

**All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for normal residential use by persons weighing 200 lbs. or less. This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, vandalism, rusting, acts of nature or any other event beyond the control of Martin Home Furnishings. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The user assumes all risk of injury from use of this product. In no event will Martin Home Furnishings be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for any loss or injury to person or PROPERTY, resulting from the manufacture, sale, and/or use of the chair, unless such exclusions are prohibited by state law.
