    We do not. We are a wood furniture manufacturer and we distribute our products to fine retail stores and warehouse clubs throughout the country. Please visit our Store Locator to find the nearest authorized retail store.

    Unfortunately we cannot tell you exactly which products our authorized retailers carry, but the Retailer Locator will provide a list of stores in your area that you may contact directly to find out if they have the item you are looking for in stock.

  • How do I order replacement parts?

    Please first contact the company from whom you purchased the product, they should be able to assist you with ordering a replacement part. If they do not provide sufficient assistance, please call us at 800.268.5669 and ask for the parts department. Our Parts Department will be able to assist in identifying exactly which part of your furniture needs to be replaced and place the order for you.

  • How do I remove a drawer from one of your units?

    Our furniture is crafted using only the best quality wood products. We use a variety of hardwoods for the solid portions of our furniture. Species utilized to date include oak, alder, poplar, ash and cherry.

    Our furniture has a sturdy core constructed with engineered wood panels to ensure durability; the exterior of the furniture features hand select wood veneers and hardwood solids. Wood veneers are thin sheet of wood that is adhered to a solid wood surface. Using wood veneers over a stable substrate helps prevent cracking, warping, and other common problems with furniture constructed solely with solid wood.

  • Do your products contain lead?

    No, we had our North American as well as Asian produced products tested for lead content, here are the results: Painted and lacquer finishes, hardware, grommets, hinges and drawer glides from several collections were tested by an independent lab in Hong Kong, China. Our Charlotte, Mount View, Southampton Onyx, Southampton Oyster, Tribeca Loft Black and Tribeca Loft white complied with the Total Lead content requirement of 660PPM/0.06% maximum.

    We tested the finishes on products that were stored in their warehouse facility in China. This ensured that the products tested were accurate representations of KIHBM stock. All finish surfaces tested received a "GOOD" rating with total lead content less than 50PPM (<.0050%), which is below the safe, legal limit.

    A written statement from our North American supplier Chemcraft indicates that none of the products that they supply to us for construction contain any lead. This applies to all North American produced products.
