Standard Return Policy

If you discover an issue after you’ve accepted delivery, please contact us at 1-619-671-5100. A Customer Care Associate may be able to help resolve the problem without requiring a return of the item. We will be happy to try to replace any parts that may have been damaged. Please note that we may request you to email/send pictures of damaged parts to facilitate processing of the replacement parts. This helps us to identify the parts that may have been damaged and to expeditiously resolve your problem.

We ask that you report the issue within 10 days of receiving your product.
A Customer Care associate can be reached at 1-619-671-5100 for Return Authorization and help arrange for the return shipment of unopened packages. No credit can be authorized without a Return Authorization number and proof of purchase. Returns must be received within 14 days of return authorization. Failure to do so will result in the product being considered “received free and clear with no exceptions.”

Please return the item in the original packaging with the Return Authorization number.
A return-shipping fee will be deducted from your return. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item and selected return method.

A restocking fee of up to 50% will be deducted from your original purchase price and deducted from your credit to cover the costs of processing and handling the returned item once in the warehouse. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days of our receipt of the item being returned.

Order Cancellations
Our warehouses make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible therefore we cannot guarantee an order will be able to be canceled. Order cancellations must be received the same day to have the best chance of being cancelled. If an order has already shipped, we will work with the carrier to have it sent back to us, if possible. Please note a 20% restocking fee may apply for orders cancelled due to buyer’s remorse. Orders canceled after they have been delivered will be subject to our Standard Return Policy. If an order is returned to us because you refused delivery, we will charge the appropriate delivery and return costs and they will be deducted from your refund. Please be aware that any product labeled as Final Sale, As is, or from our Outlet Store is non-refundable and cannot be returned or cancelled and no future credits or additional discounts can be applied after the order is placed. Furthermore, should any such item be refused or returned upon delivery, a restocking fee of 50% shall be applicable.
