Unfortunately, this site cannot accept orders from outside the U.S. and exclusions apply for orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
We do our best to offer free shipping to all our customers; however, some exceptions may apply. Furniture items are delivered via truck (LTL) and delivered to the front door only.
A signature is required for all residential deliveries.
Most orders ship within 7 business days from receipt of an online customer order.
For truck (LTL) shipments, you will be contacted by the shipper 24-48 hours once picked up at the warehouse. Remote and outsource zips may take longer.
Oversized items may take longer processing and shipping times.
Cancellations may not be available due to the short processing times. However, we will try to accommodate the request as best as possible. Contact our customer service at 1-619-671-5100 for help.
Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the next business day.
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to availability, size, weight, and compatibility of the items ordered. If an item is out-of-stock, it will be sent when it becomes available. No additional charges if your items ship in separate boxes.
Martin Furniture is not liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen events.
Orders placed during the holiday season may have longer shipping times than advertised.
